The Beginning
Marcus Jet opens the first Jet's pizza kitchen in West Town, Chicago. A 12-seat restaurant with a dream and a legendary deep dish recipe passed down from his grandmother.
First Award Win
Jet's pizza wins "Best Deep Dish in Chicago" at the annual Chicago Food & Wine Festival — putting the brand on the culinary map and sparking citywide buzz.
Expansion & Delivery
We launched our signature home delivery service and expanded our dine-in capacity to 80 seats, hiring our first dedicated kitchen team of professional pizza artisans.
Online Ordering Launch
Jet's pizza goes digital with a full online ordering platform, making it easier than ever for Chicago residents to enjoy fresh jets pizza from the comfort of home.
10 Year Celebration
